Principal/Broker Keith Bettenhausen has been handling real estate transactions throughout Florida since July 2008 with over 1000 properties sold. In addition to real estate, Keith brings more than a decade of experience in the mortgage lending industry. As one of Palm Beach County’s top REO agents, he has extensive experience managing highly specialized Bank Owned REO, Corporate Owned/SFR, and Short-Sale properties from possession and preservation through rehab coordination, construction oversight, and closing.
