Principal/Broker Keith Bettenhausen has been handling real estate transactions in Florida since July 2008 with over 1000 properties sold. In addition to real estate, he has over 10 years under his belt in the mortgage lending industry.  As one of Palm Beach County's main REO agents, Bettenhausen has extensive experience handling highly specialized bank-owned, short-sale, and investment residential/SFR disposition properties from possession to rehab/construction to closing.
