Southeast Florida
Southeast Florida is the company’s original and primary service area, where we have been serving clients for nearly 20 years and have sold 1,000+ properties. The region is managed by Keith Bettenhausen, Broker/Owner of Bermuda Shorts Real Estate Services, who serves as the primary point of contact and oversees operations throughout Southeast Florida.

Northwest Florida
Our Northwest Florida operation has expanded our local presence throughout the Florida Panhandle. The region is managed by Wyatt Bettenhausen, who is based in the 30A/Santa Rosa Beach area and serves as the primary point of contact for Northwest Florida.
Primary Coverage: Walton, Bay, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Escambia, Holmes, Washington and Jackson Counties.
