Keith Bettenhausen is an experienced Florida Broker/Owner with a proven track record of more than 1,000 properties sold since 2008, representing over 25 corporate clients across the REO/Foreclosure and Corporate Owned SFR space. With extensive experience managing and marketing assets for hedge funds, institutional investors, GSEs, and loan servicers, he brings a deep understanding of complex asset management and each individual client's unique operational standards. Keith’s background includes over 10 years in non-prime mortgage lending and REO operations as a corporate executive at Mr. Cooper/Nationstar Mortgage. As the Broker/Owner of Bermuda Shorts Real Estate Services (formerly W1 Real Estate), Keith leads a specialized team of experienced listing agents, buyer agents, and valuation professionals trained in both REO and retail sales. His team also handles high-value luxury homes and vacation rentals throughout Southeast Florida and the Florida Panhandle. Backed by a network of experienced contractors and property preservation specialists, he has the resources to handle any repairs/rehab projects and financial capability to front expenses.
